Good digital citizenship is increasingly complex. Come to learn about recent concerns including safeguarding personally identifying information; managing one’s online persona; and, school safety and social media. As a result of attending the workshop, participants will:

Review and discuss the critical need for safeguarding personal data privacy.
Explore how one’s digital tattoo (or digital footprint) is created and follows its owner everywhere.
Explore why social media is so compelling for students and adults alike and explore ways in might be included in a school safety plan.
