Over the past four years, our student technology intern program has developed into an organic empowerment initiative. It began with one student’s bold email asking about a possibility and has led to a cultural transformation regarding professional development, department organization,  and tech support. Join us as we reflect on our journey to provide authentic experiences for our students as learners and hear how they became leaders, teachers, collaborators, and change-makers.

This session will offer school leaders practical tips on bringing this program to their schools as well as a planning guide to examine student, staff, and parent needs supported by an internship program.
