Administrators and coaches consistently look for innovative ways to enhance professional learning for teachers.  Did you know that it only takes a few minutes of video footage to capture a wealth of visual and auditory information related to classroom instruction and climate?  The question is, ‘What should you be looking at’? This session provides research based information to help cultivate reflective teachers by teaching them how to distinguishing between details and evidence.  Additionally, this session provides essential tools in coaching teachers as they learn to watch personal teaching segments with purpose, and learn to prioritize and analyze evidence in efforts to promote self-directed change to instruction and delivery style.
