Are you ready to empower yourself and your staff? Decades of research shows that educators’ sense of well-being increases job satisfaction and directly impacts student success.  In addition, research consistently identifies five simple strategies that lead to increased personal and professional well being. This session offers an overview of these strategies and easy-to-use implementation techniques, so participants may begin making changes today.

As a result of attending this session, participants will:
  • Review five strategies teachers and students can use to increase their sense of wellbeing.
  • Engage in activities that employ these strategies and are designed for classroom use.
  • Leave with resources they can use immediately to increase personal well-being.

An online agenda with links to multiple resources is available to participants.
